WEEKLY MEDITATION SESSIONS
We run one afternoon and one evening meditation session every week on:
Tuesday afternoons 2.30-3pm and Wednesday evenings from 8-8.30pm
These are short sessions of half an hour with a 20-minute meditation each time.
These are open to all past participants of The Mindful Life programmes.
You can drop in to any session at any time. Each week we send out a link to join us, no booking is necessary and you can come as often as you like or simply whenever you are able to.
