Our Introductory Programme is currently replacing our pre-Covid, 1-day Introductory Retreat for Carers.
It consists of three weekly online modules of 1-1 ½ hours.
Over the three sessions we will:
Share some of the science and benefits of mindfulness
Discuss what stress is and how different people experience it
Share some ways to be mindful in your everyday life
Lead you through various meditations
Develop a practice of gratitude
You will also meet other carers, have the chance to share your experiences and to ask questions of the facilitators.
We keep the numbers to a maximum of 10 participants on these programmes so there is enough space and time for everyone who wants to, to be heard, although there is no pressure to speak if you don’t want to.
At the end of the 3 modules, you may decide that you would like to join our weekly online meditation sessions.
