For our own resilience and self-care, we do well to use whatever resources are available and comfortable and convenient for us. 


The Mindful Life offers a community page on social media for the use of anyone who has completed a One-Day Retreat, as one further means to share information and experiences, and to support each other in developing practice.

We're also developing templates for refresher retreats and other opportunities for our participants to engage and share with each other, to build support and overcome social isolation.
